When we arrived we were told that the room we booked was not available and they had to put us in another room that did not accommodate our family. The gentleman that was running the hotel was the ONLY worker that evening. Pictures must be very old as rooms did not look as pictured online. Sheets and towels were stained and the bath tub was peeling. No exhaust fan in the bathroom. Upon check out the lady in front said there was nothing she could do regarding adjusting price since it was booked through Expedia. Pay a little more and stay down the street, several other options.

I love that it is pet friendly but the hallways smell. The elevator walls need painting, the bathtub was gross and they never cleaned the room or brought new towels. The breakfast was gross. Never again.

My vehicle was broken in. Right passenger window. Most contents stolen. Reported to LPD. Camera pixilation from establishment were at most low quality. No help from staff. I will recommend to all that visits Lubbock not to reserve there.
