Overly priced
I was under the impression it was hotel resort it was not that I paid resort fee if $3.95 daily but it’s not a resort o stayed here because I have a broken able hubby was going to the game and I now can’t use my ticket because of my broken ankle and being on a scooter , so I wanted to be somewhere that I can relax and paper myself hence reason why I booked because it viewed as a resort , this was not that . We checked in my bath room was not clean they had to get someone to go clean it. The restaurant was a bar with burgers and fries it shows on the website it’s a restaurant restaurant it was not that at all the room are modern looking and the lounge chairs stains all on it in the room . I paid a lot of money for this stay and it was not worth the money at all. I’m not saying it’s a bad place to stay just saying way over priced and there was nothing resort about it . The best part of it all was the salon spa Sparkle and shine . The staff was friendly they only had coffee the juice machine was on every day and cold but didn’t work staff said only coffee the place was clean in the halls and lobby and very quiet and peaceful there was no house keeping no one came to give us fresh towels .. I asked for shower chair never got it . The stay was average but nothing to brag about

Slippery floor.
Room very adequate, however it did have a musty and annoying smell. The bath tub was very slippery with no grab bars. Bathroom floor in front of the sink had an oily substance that we both almost fell from.

Definitely not returning here. The hotel smelled funky like wet carpet sitting there for days. There was no room service. Also, the game room sucked; only a few games were working. The lounge was closed. The restaurant was closed even though I was told they open on Friday & Saturday only. Lastly, this hotel doesn’t have any stores nearby that’s walking distance.

Our stay at this hotel was so so. Location is great. The cleanliness could be better. I got checked into my room and I sat something down next to the clock radio on the night stand and roaches went scattering everywhere. I went and showed the front desk, who was really nice and discounted my room. I appreciated the discount but at that point I removed all personal items from the room and chanced sleeping there anyway due to the location of the hotel.

This hotel COULD be very nice but is terribly outdated especially for the price. The style looks to be from the 1990s. The Reataurant/Bar was closed down completely. No breakfast, no place to even get coffee outside the room. It’s a shame Wyndham won’t update this place and provide a place to get food and drinks.
