Upon check-in we had to change rooms 3 times before we had a quakity room. First room the heater was terribly loud and you couldn't sleep with that noise. Second room had small roaches on the walls and celiengs. The third room was decent, but you could hear prople in the halls and other rooms. The staff was very accommodating in finding us a room to sleep in and appologized for the state of the first two rooms.

It is pretty convenient, has all amenities its advertised, the hotels is not new but well maintained, rooms with everything i needed, fridge, microwave, even an extra sink, and stove. Don't hesitate, if u need to stay near DFW airport or even staying at that area for other reasons. Stay here

The sign up sheet for the airport shuttle needs to be modified and the front desk staff need to be more helpful. I signed up for the shuttle but didn’t see the highlighted area on the top of the page stating we needed to sign up for each additional person riding the shuttle. Despite the front desk receptionist watching me sign up with my two kids next to me, she didn’t say a word to me about reading the highlighted print at the top of the page. The morning of our flight a different receptionist gave me an attitude for not filling out the form correctly. Another family made the same mistake which indicates to me that the form needs to be modified.

It is dirty.. Fingernails on the floor. Towels are worn and thin. Marks and missing paint everywhere. Worst thing.. was blowing cold air when suppose to be warm air. Freezing in there and no one to come fix it right away.

The phone was busy non stop to request a shuttle pickup at the airport. I had to hire a taxi. The shuttle in the morning was running on time and the driver was great. The hotel is beyond outdated.

The staff was friendly and kind. They excelled in helping this senior lady with my bags and also getting on board the shuttle. The room was clean but I wish that there would be comfortable furniture in the room. The furniture looked like it was old and mismatched. Not a comfortable chair and the bed was lumpy. This property needs a very much needed makeover.
