BED BUGS!!!!! I woke up with them crawling on my bed by my face! I have over 50 bites and had an allergic reaction. THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME A REFUND FOR THAT NIGHT!!! They also had the nerve to say no one has ever reported bed bugs before. Looking back at their reviews, we found two additional reports over the last month and I imagine many more. My colleagues staying in another room saw them too. They should be shut down and fumigated!

We were impressed with the cleanliness of the property. The room was very spacious. The only negative was there is no water pressure- even rinsing the soap off was hard.

everything went well. Had 2 problems, 1. my husband got there before me and they would not let him get checked in. Not for sure how I avoid this problem next time and 2. the plug on my side of the bed was messed up. It would make good contact for my charger so most the time it wasn't charging. Ended up plugging it in the bathroom. Other than that every thing was good including the breakfast. 2nd time I've stayed here and would again

Comfortable and Clean
The everything was clean the bedding, pillows were comfortable and smelled very clean. Smoke free and quiet on the 3rd floor. Refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker in the room even though a breakfast was included. AC worked keeping the temperature as needed.
