I stayed at this hotel this weekend room 204 from October 26-27 and it looks really nice but our bathroom had not been cleaned. It was a hand print soap scum on the wall and the tub was dirty and it was residue on the toilet and the bathroom counter was dirty so it made me wonder what else had not been cleaned. The front counter girl was not very friendly she seemed like she didn't really want to be there I had to ask where the elevator was and where were the other entrances.

After the long drive, check in around 11pm and the lady at the front lobby was not very happy. She was very annoyed that I was there. On the other hand the room was clean and good size. Breakfast was okay.

We were there for 5 days and we only had our room cleaned once. The housekeepers all spoke Spanish only and understood nothing the hotel guest requested which made it harder to ask for towels or to please clean our room. Our shower was stopped up and left ring around tub from us showering and it got fixed next day, but they never still came and cleaned the tub until the day we were checking out. It’s only one ice machine which is on the 1st floor only making guest inconvenience themselves or take the elevator constantly to get some ice. Other than that the staff was nice and pleasant and if requested something they made sure it was done. The parking was limited and parking spaces were small.

Lady at check in was asleep when i arrived at 11 pm, she was still asleep when i checked out at 5:30. Dried blood on floor of bathroom both shower and sink wete stopped up. They did clean up the floor and fixed drains. Room was wore down. Needs updated. Would not stay here again.

I like the fact the hotel do not smell. It actually smells ok.I used the bathroom in the 1st room and no water to flush the toilet. #2. The room also had no microwave and no telephone. I walked down to tell her these things...She walked up with me to make sure I was not lying. The second room had no microwave. the rooms were clean. The doors are old and scruffy. The breakfast area looked like someone set up breakfast at their house. Just not presentable. I am not going to another Radisson hotel in the future.
