1. No Disruptive parties - Events with loud music, parking violations, excessive drinking, take place primarily at night, and 25+ people are not allowed.
2. Smoking is not permitted inside ($400 fine), no tampering with cameras/security devices, no DJs or large sound systems (Only regular speakers).
3. First 16 guests are included by the base rate which includes everyone visiting and spending the night. Keep all guests and noise inside after 10:00 PM
There are 2 Video camera's and 1 Ring video door bell that will be Constantly recording on the exterior of the property. The 2 exterior camera’s viewpoints are the 1st one to monitor the front side of the house,2nd camera view point is monitor the driveway and backside of the property. The ring door bell is monitor people at front door.

I LOVED IT
I love this property me and my friends were in town for the weekend the host was really respectful, quick to respond and answered some of the questions I had regarding the house!
The rooms are my favorite part about this house each I room has a different vibe to it which I loved the most. The area was perfect I felt safe to stay in. If your looking for a gateway house this is it to relax and spend time with family/friends.

Clean and kid friendly home
Overall I was very impressed with this house. It was very clean and the host was quick to respond to messages. It was in a great neighborhood with sidewalks. My only note is that there were limited utensils and kitchen ware, so if you plan to cook many meals, you may want to plan ahead. Overall, I was very pleased with the house and would rent again.
