Overall a nice place. Elevator was a bit wonky. Needs some repairs. The layout of the place is weird and rooms are far from the only elevator. When I got there they accidentally put me in a room that already had occupants, but resolved it quickly. I was able to do a late check out of 12 instead of 11, which was nice.

I spent one night with my family. We had two rooms booked. The front desk lady from the night shift was AMAZING. She was kind, helpful, understanding and very friendly. She really enjoyed her job. I wish the hotel managers appreciate her so she can be recognized for the great job she does.
