The place was very clean, but I can’t tell you anything about the breakfast or if it was quiet at night. We booked three nights due to a bathroom remodel, but fortunately/unfortunately it was done quickly enough that we didn’t actually use the room for showering as planned: We ended up staying over on the third night even though we live down the street. Just so the room didn’t go to waste lol. Wish I could give a better review for the property. (If Corporate is feeling generous They could always give us a credit back for next time lol!)

The property did not meet our expectations. The hotel is run down on the inside and not a good value for the price. The walls and ceilings are thin and you can hear people walking around in their rooms. I would not choose to stay here again.

The AC didn’t work, the room was so hot during the day and would barely cool at night. It was very dirty and smelled horrible throughout the hotel. In the morning the hot water wasn’t working and most floor tiles are broken in the restroom.

This hotel is formerly an Extended Stay. This hotel is in no way like the Sonesta I stayed at in Chicago. Very disappointed.
