Tay was amazing at the front, but the property listed on Expedia is not the same property. Pictures are deceiving. First room that was booked as filthy, we requested a different room. Second room was clean, so we thought, after a few hours we realized that there was black mold everywhere by the air conditioning and all up the wall and under the window. The other staff was rude. We had 4 people staying in our suite and we only had 2 towels, we asked for more and originally told we couldn’t have any, then finally was given two more towels “but that’s all they had left”. Awful stay.

Overall stay was ok. Pictures listed are quite deceptive. Key cards needed to reset several times and the halls SMELLED OF MARIJUANA. There was cardboard taped to the floors.

I would definitely not really recommend this hotel due to the fact the lobby and hallways air conditioning was not working and was hot and not only that but the fire alarm went off during the night one of the nights and later in the morning as well and staff stated they didn’t know what was wrong! I also found a blunt in the stairwell! This hotel is just basic. It is good for a few nights just not for a longer stay. Our room was clean but did feel a bit musty and had a strange odor to it. The area around the hotel is quiet and felt safe. The dart rail is about a 3 minutes walk.

The hotel was much older and outdated than the pictures made them look. We were given a room key and when we went to the room there was tons of stuff in there and it was obvious someone was staying there. Luckily they were not in there. Once we got another room the fire alarm went off and we were stuck outside for 45 minutes. At about 3:00 am the fire alarm went off again…no reason was given as to why it went off, but there was no fire.

Our stay here was not a good one. 2 nights in a row we were woken up to the fire alarm and evacuation. 1st night about 1:30 am and the 2nd night about 3:30 am. First night the water was shut off and not turned on till the next morning about 10 am. When asked if there was water the front desk person said no in a rude tone and that my husband could buy a bottle for 2 dollars. So he purchased 2 just so we could brush our teeth. The morning of checkout we smelled gas about 2 windows away from the front door. This made me wonder if there is a gas leak that the company is not aware of. I don’t think we will be staying here again.

Very Unprofessional staff and had no water
Very poor service from the front desk with excess fees added. Fire alarm went off every darn night in the middle of the night, woke up to no running water to shower and the clerk was unprofessional and rude. I Do Not recommend to stay!!! Look elsewhere

Subpar property due to excessive heat within interior hallways and stairwells; several conman areas with unsanitary conditions. Less an hour later, an alarm is since our to leave the building immediately because a fire has been reported. I left after firemen and fire trucks left because they had me blocked in. The parking lot is uneven in spots, which led to my falling, severely spraining my ankle, destroying my cell phone and expensive shoes. In general the place needs a lot of maintenance. The time have some mold in them, especially the walls in the bathrooms. The bathroom was pretty dirty, particularly the shower, which did not appear to have been cleaned at all. And the shower drain was extremely slow. On a more positive note, the laundry machines are free and the rent out small appliances like toaster ovens, air fryers, rice cookers and so on for free, and the kitchens have most of the stuff you would need to cook.
