Nice enough property next to I-35E/Inwood; close to the Market Center; has a bit of the feel of a fancy Motel 6 but there's free breakfast, free parking, the room was huge, and the price was reasonable; I'd stay here again

I didn't like the fragrance that is used throughout the hotel. It was very strong. The laundry room wasn't working at the time of the stay. Staff were great. Room was clean.

very nice property ... but, unfortunately at night the highway is by the window and was very noisy being that the room has a bad echo... also when I arrived at 5:30pm-6pm room wasn't ready ... but I didn't have to wait long for it to be available .... also 50$ deposit per night that wasn't mentioned during booking on website.

Stayed here and was quite surprised. Large rooms, very clean and quiet. Only downside is the front desk guy told me I’d get a cheaper rate if I called them instead of using Expedia. Just what you want to hear.

I went to sleep, getting into my bed with the lights out. When I woke up this morning I found dried up blood on the sheets, bedspread, etc. the person at the front desk and the manager declined to view the bed. They sent housekeepers the room who took pictures, told the manager it was fresh blood and they saw needles in the bathroom. They did not go into the bathroom because I was in there most of the time. I was not bleeding. It was someone else’s blood. The front desk person declined to do anything and the manager was “ on a conference call. “ I was told that the hotel manager would call me and she did and kept insisting that it was fresh blood, which it was not. She did nothing to help me.

Not sure how the mixup occurred but I reserved and paid for two nights but the desk only had me scheduled for one. They treated me like a criminal when I refused to leave after one night. The room was dirty with hair in the bed and shower, debris in the bed and sink and substances on the headboard. They did clean the room after making them aware. Staff not friendly. There's a fridge in the room but the microwave is in the lobby.
