The gentleman at the hotel that originally answered the phone was extremely rude. The young lady that helped me when I was there was exceptional. The gentleman on Expedia Raymond, was amazing. The room stunk horribly, there was no hairdryer, and there was a cockroach in the bathroom on the floor. It probably would’ve been Cleaner staying at a motel six. Again it’s stunk really bad there.

The property ia not upkept. The housekeeping staff is doing their part with cleaning, however, the building itself has a staunch smell of mildew and funk imbedded in the walls. Noticeable water damage throughout, and this is my 2nd time ataying at this hotel at this location in 2 different rooms with the same complaints. The shower head back that attaches to the wall was hanging and detached from the wall. The walls were super dirty as well. This place has extended stayers and a lot of familial staff, which is why i believe the review rating is unfairly skewed against prospective lodgers. Highly disappointing. I've stayed in better 3⭐️ hotels and even extended stays. The price is not reflecting the condition because it would be cheaper

The stovetop in the kitchenette did not work at all. The room was super humid, likely because the window wasn’t sealed properly and the AC unit was directly underneath it. Also, turning the AC on heat created smoke which triggered the fire alarm. While the room was mostly clean, the property is not well maintained and is in pretty bad shape. They also refused a refund after I pointed all of these things out.
