We had bugs in the room. A massive cricket in the shower. Poop in the shower. It smelled like animal pee in the room. Very stuffy, Smells like pot when you walked in the lobby.

I had ask for room service twice before I lefted came back to the room no room service bed was not clean the same sheets had to go down stairs and clean the room and get cleaned sheets no towels had to clean up the room I ask for a new room so I didn't have to deal with the making of my on bed .he said there was no other rooms available so he gave me sheets and trash bags and I went to clean up . house cleaning services I did room service in my room were i paid to have it done .no service was available during my stay I myself was room service.i think i did a good job may need to hire me.
