Nice simple property located right off the highway. Would have given a higher rating but my toilet did not flush properly and was never taken care of. However the staff was friendly, room was clean, and would still stay at this property again.

Pros: Clean and quiet with great help from staff, as well as near the airport and Main Street Grapevine. Cons: The breakfast appears planned by children--waffles and sugar cerals and the room had a strange odour.

Above and Beyond
The property offered shuttle service to/ from the airport as well as to the convention center. The driver went above and beyond to help me to an urgent care center and a pharmacy. saved my trip ! Very friendly staff.

I did not like any thing about my stay i did not get the room i booked. The room needs a major update. The manager at the super 8 in grapevine texas changed my reservation without notice when i checked in is when i found out it was changed. No one at super8 was willing to help or work with. I didnot get what i paid for. Will never stay or recommend wyndhan hotels to anyone

Super close to the airport! Staff at check in was fine. Breakfast was typical with some big Texas shaped waffles. Clean, quiet. Quick overnight stay with a shuttle at 730am back to the airport, worked out perfect.

I booked this hotel because it offered a free airport shuttle. After waiting for the shuttle at the airport for a long while, I called the hotel only to discover they didn't have a driver, so there was no airport shuttle. They refused to compensate me for the Uber ride or give any discount on the room rate. Then, the hotel smelled really badly of mildew. The beds sunk in in the middle like I was in a big hole. The pillows were terrible and lumpy. There was nothing fresh to eat for the continental breakfast, only waffles and fruit loops. I don't have anything good to say about this place.
