Pros and Cons
The hotel super nice and clean. The staff were very friendly. I stayed here because I was taking a big exam nearby, as I'm sure most of the hotel's guests were at the time. Though I didn't tell them why I was staying, the man who checked me in gave me a complimentary "study snack" and wished me good luck. It was such a nice surprise that the hotel went to the effort to find out what was going on and personalized the experience for us guests even just a little. The breakfast was decent for a hotel breakfast. Lost of options: eggs and breakfast meats, oatmeal, yogurt, a variety of breads, pancakes, and fruit. I loved the pool. It was super clean! It's pretty small and right next to the parking lot, but it's amazing if you get it to yourself. The soap in the rooms is a nice lemon scent, which I enjoyed. There's a little nightlight in the bathroom, which I think is such a nice touch. The room was comfortable. It wasn't perfect. It's right on hwy 75, and the traffic stays noisy all night. The fire alarm in the room flashed brightly every few seconds, which I found annoying at night, but it didn't interrupt my sleep. My door's deadbolt did not work, which makes me nervous (although it doesn't seem unsafe in the hotel generally). There is complimentary coffee 24/7, which would be great, except it tastes like cardboard. Overall, I had a good experience. I would recommend it if you're staying in the area unless you are super sensitive to highway noise.

Easily accessible and clean
The hotel was easily accessible on the side of the Hwy, but the trade-off for that is road noise at night. The room was very clean and up to date. The lobby was filled with things like a pool table, board games for the kids to play with. They had lots of fun at the outdoor pool. Location was very close to the outlet malls. For the price the hotel was great!

The overall stay was great! Only thing that was annoying was at 10:30 room service was knocking to see when we were checking out. Then about 10:55 front desk calls to check on us and see when we were checking out, but made a point to say that checkout time was noon. If at noon, we haven’t made it to the front desk, then you might want to check on us. Other than that, the stay was nice.
