The hotel is on the older side, but was clean with no weird odors. I only had a bagel for breakfast, but, the hot food looked good and there were plenty of options. Check in was a breeze and there were no issues with my key not working. There were plenty of plugs (USB and regular) in the room I stayed in. The bed was neither super comfortable nor super uncomfortable. My only two complaints are one, there was nothing to block the noise from the outside corridor into the room. I was on the first floor, so, got to hear a lot of very loud conversations as people walked up and down the hall to the elevators. Fortunately, by about 11:30 people were either tucked up in bed or made more of an effort to be quiet. My second complaint would be the towels. They were on the smaller side, like the size you would use to wrap your hair up in, and extremely rough. A bit of fabric softener would be in order I think. Overall, the stay was nice and I would stay there again. But, not on the first floor.

Housekeeping was subpar: Did not get clean sheets, onyy made up my bed. Changed trash bit did. ot vacuum floor. Pool was not cleaned chemically, so was not able to use. Roach in my first room, so had to change rooms on my first night. Guy at the front with glasses kept only renewing my keys for 24 hrs at a time, so I had to keep coming down to renew my key everyday. Area is very convenient, but hotel is definitely not 3 star. No laundry facilities, and requires a $100 deposit. Breakfast was decent though.

The people at the front desk were great. In the mornings though, the housekeepers would talk sort of loud and the walls seemed thin. There were so many gnats coming from the sink drain and I found two different types of roaches.

The property itself needs some improvement, the room i stayed in was pretty clean and decent, the staff at the front desk was also quite friendly. I did not try out the breakie so can't say much about that. Over all experience ....okay. The Addison area itself has a lot of food options and liquor stores as well.Some within walking distance but not in the harsh Dallas humidity and sun.

Other than a minor issue with the bathroom sink stopper, everything was pretty good. Location is a little off the beaten path but it’s in a nice, quiet area so it’s worth a little extra driving in my opinion. Reasonable rates too.

Everything in our hotel room felt humid. My bedsheets felt damp. Ive never seen bed pillows cut in half??? Mold was developing on the ceiling of the shower. The hotel location was good because it was close to where I needed to be. There's free breakfast. Lots of parking spot.
