The location was very clean with a very good location for our reason To visit with a train station right out the front door enable us To travel anywhere in Dallas without having to move our car, which was in a indoor secure parking garage. Great location if you need to go to the Baylor University heart hospital Everything I would give a good rating except for the check-in process and locating the room

The place was very nice at first glance, looked very similar to the photos, furniture was a tad flimsy and there was no batteries in the bedroom tv remote but hey not that big of a problem. It was a bit confusing to get to the apartment. When we got there, there was a cabinet full of old unusable items like coffee creamer and brown, sticky lemon pepper seasoning as well as half the pans being disgusting with charred old food on them which I didn’t love but whatever no biggie. The real issue comes with the host, when I informed her of this she responded very rudely in my opinion using quotations marks for things like ‘I didn’t find any “dirty dishes” or “spoiled food” ..’ both of which I NEVER said (I said grocery store items and dirty POTS/PANS) as If I was for some reason lying which I did not appreciate. I suppose she felt offended because after that she proceeded to gripe at me for supposed trash left at the bottom of the bin (accident) a few lemons and limes my boyfriend forgot about and claimed we did not start the washing machine? I don’t know her intentions with that due to the fact that besides the lemons/limes we left the place as spotless as we could, the intentions felt petty and she did not handle that conversation professionally at all. Seemed like the host has never been to the unit/hardly goes because she seemed very confused when I was trying to get the code from her and figure out how to get to the unit over the phone. Overall the stay was fine.host was rude.

This was a great option while attending a conference.
We were very happy with our stay. The place was very comfortable, the staff friendly, parking was easy, and the location was within a safe walking distance to the Convention Center and plenty of restaurants and bars.

Provide cleaning and check out instructions at the beginning and/or 24 hours in advance.
Love the unit, decent location near downtown. However, it can get a little noisy and crowed due to the surround bars on the weekend. Other than a little weekend noise. It was a convenient, secure location outside of the downtown Dallas area!

Great location, walking distance to restaurants & coffee shops! I walked everywhere & felt safe doing that & leaving my truck in garage parking. Rental is NICE!!! The host is exceptional. Communicates quickly & gives good description of property & access. Just Read! I skimmed & then saw she had provided all the info I needed. Most definitely … would visit again.

Prime location
The apartment complex is in a nice location to be able to walk to restaurants, bars etc. but the check in information was confusing to find which elevator was the right one. Also the apartment complex seems to be mostly college students or teens so hearing loud music, fire alarms going off & smelling weed smoke the whole time was not fun. We asked for an early check in which also could not be accommodated for which made us after driving 10 hours continue to drive around for hours until check in. The pictures are stock pictures from the apartment site as well. Small apartment but was fine for this trip. Only 2 pans and hardly any dishes if you wish to cook a meal and try to save money. Has potential but needs improvement
