Worst ever experience.
The property was clearly meant for beach goers and those not intending to stay in the room very much. The room was the smallest I have ever experienced in any property. That was okay. What bothered me was that the bathroom was not clean and there was mold in the air conditioning vent. Even though I stayed only one night, I was charged for two nights parking. The staff came across as unscrupulous salespeople trained to squeeze the maximum from their clients. In my long life and many stays at hotels at all levels of comfort and cost, I have never had a worse experience.

We go here every year for Thanksgiving. Hotel is reasonably priced with great ocean views. Staff is friendly and helpful. Hotel could use an exterior update as it’s starting to look a bit run down. There weren’t screens on the windows in our ocean front room which made it a bit unsafe to open the windows. The breakfast options are definitely in need of a change. Not much choice or options. Could offer a variety of juices in a juice machine and some bread with a toaster would help. It was pretty scarce. Overall I would stay there again, it just needs some upgrading.

Two room suite right across from the beach. Close driving proximity to shopping and food. Clean enough for a 3 plus star hotel. Great water pressure and hot water. Microwave, mini fridge, and coffee maker in room plus free continental breakfast and all parking is close to the elevators so you don't have to struggle with all your bags.

Nice view of water, spacious room, great staff especially DJ. Hot tub clean and great view. Easy walk over pedestrian bridge to beach. Well located between San Clemente and south laguna, Dana point. Great getaway for week or weekend!

BEACHFRONT INN & SUITES IS AMAZING! I was here celebrating my Birthday weekend and the staff were so extremely helpful and welcoming. They went above and beyond to make my weekend special, including Complimentary Champagne and Chocolates. A complimentary yummy breakfast is also included! 🧇 Most Beautiful Sunsets and sunrises as this hotel is Directly across from the beach and an unobstructed view! So Beautiful and Peaceful♥️ It’s truly A HOME AWAY FROM HOME! Thank you Frank, Carlos and DJ😃Thanks to the wonderful housekeeping staff too! We will definitely be back soon.
