Located just over a mile from Salt Creek Beach, guests can enjoy a scenic walk through the St. Regis Golf Links to reach the shore. The condo is also conveniently close to the Ritz Carlton, Dana Point Harbor, and Laguna Beach, making it an ideal base for exploring the best of Southern California’s coastal attractions. The area’s quiet, safe atmosphere and access to classic shops and restaurants add to the relaxing experience.

Inside, the condo offers 1,200 square feet of stylish comfort with dark hardwood floors, plantation shutters, and tasteful furnishings throughout. The spacious living room features cozy seating, a gas-burning fireplace, and a flat-screen TV, along with access to a private, wraparound patio where you can enjoy ocean breezes. The well-equipped eat-in kitchen includes granite counters, maple cabinetry, and seating for four—perfect for preparing meals at home. For nights when you’d rather dine out, there are plenty of excellent restaurants nearby.

With accommodations for up to six guests, the condo features two bedrooms and a queen pullout sofa in the living room. The primary bedroom has a king bed and en suite bath, while the second bedroom includes a full bed, and both rooms offer walk-in closets and flat-screen TVs. The two bathrooms are outfitted with granite counters and tub/shower combinations, and the entire space is stocked with luxury linens for a pampered, restful stay.

Guests also enjoy access to thoughtful amenities including a full-size washer and dryer, air conditioning, complimentary WiFi, cable with DVR, and parking. Located just above one of the community’s three spas and near the pool and gym, the condo provides everything you need for a comfortable, convenient, and memorable seaside vacation—whether you're here to relax, explore, or a little of both.

-This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups.
Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with Vacasa Seasonals, Inc.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
