We had an issue with our magnetic key. After 2 days, the staff finally changed our room. The staff was very accommodating. The hotel is dated and will be torn down next year.

I like the area of the Marina, that it is walkable, and has decent dining restaurants with beautiful fews. Although I have stayed here before, and the hotel is dated and soon to be demolished late 2025, this time the staff member was intrusive. I have my service dog with me, and she made a derogatory remark about him. Per ADA laws, her reference was discriminatory. She stated in a rude voice: " he better not be an emotional support dog!" Her statement was not cool!

We are frequent visitor from Las Vegas and love the area!!! We made a reservation 1 month in advance with possible request for a 3 rd floor harbor view king room. They were already taken by the time we checked in so they accommodated us with a 2 nd floor room. Which was fine for just an overnight stay but we really wanted 3rd floor. It was fine in the long run at first disappointing. We say hi to Sami an amazing GM!!!! This is Mike and Kathy!! Thank you all

Stay was fine but the hotel is very old and dated. Basically like an old motel in a great location. I’m sure it is slated for demo or renovation soon with the upcoming development in the area. But it was clean.

Place is a dump!
This place is a dump! Run down and has not been updated in decades. Some of the people we saw staying there were unsavory, not sure if they rent rooms to homeless but did not feel safe.
