This home, in the exclusive gated community of Capistrano Beach Road - on what is affectionately called California’s Riviera - provides privacy & seclusion not commonly associated with beachfront property. It is just a short ride to great restaurants in Dana Point and San Clemente. It is 30 minutes from the airport and 2 minutes to the train station. Nearby fitness centers, grocery stores, swimming pools and golf courses make it easy to take exquisite care of yourselves during your vacation retreat. Learning experiences abound at nearby San Juan Capistrano Mission or Dana Point Harbor Ocean Institute. Proximity to famous theme parks such as Disneyland, Knottsberry Farms, SeaWorld & The San Diego Zoo make it easy to create a memorable day’s adventure.

While here, you can come to relax, play tennis, ride bicycles along the coastal bike path, walk the beach, gaze at brilliant starlit skies, or just sit on the deck, read a book, or watch pelicans, and dolphins play right in front of you from both the sand or your beautifully furnished redwood deck. Sip a cocktail on your private beach while watching the sunset over the ocean. Then enjoy a seaside barbecue after your day’s adventures. The well-appointed living room area has a large flat screen TV and lots of comfortable seating from which you can enjoy both the TV and the expansive view. A newly remodeled cook’s dream ocean view kitchen with a breakfast bar with high-top chairs next to the dining room makes it easy for everyone to eat together. The kitchen has all you need to satisfy your culinary desires. Since this area flows out to the outside deck with a glass enclosed eating area you can comfortably be together if some decide to eat inside and some outside.

Additional amenities include a washer & dryer, 2 private parking spots in the driveway, and WIFI and cable.

No smoking is allowed inside or outside - no exceptions.
Due to the moderate coastal climate, this house (like most in the area) does not have air conditioning.
This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with Vacasa Seasonals, Inc. We cannot guarantee the condition of the sand or the access point to the beach.
Beach Front properties face harsh conditions. As such, the beach area is subject to change due to tidal conditions.
This unit is managed by Vacasa Seasonals Inc. and may require a Security Deposit.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Check in was a nightmare!
The place was adequate. Had hoped for more beach however this house is right against the water with no beach at high tide. Didn't like the hand-off to Vacasa. Couldn't get through the gate because our names weren't on the list and couldn't reach an official for over an hour.

Amazing get away!
We came to stay after a few days at Disney and were ready for some rest. We definitely did get rest and relaxation! The moment you walk into this charming beach home the ocean is right there! The views and sounds never grew old. The house had a ton of kitchen tools and dishes. It was a great place to cook and enjoy family meals together. There were a ton of cozy places to sit and plenty of space on the deck to enjoy morning coffee and sunset snuggles. The bathrooms were clean and modern. The location is totally worth it if you want to be off the beaten path and enjoy a place away from the bustle but close enough to everything you need in ten minutes or so. I would love to stay at this place again!

Staycation Beach Get Away
My friend and I wanted a vacation where we did not have to fly anywhere and our families could also enjoy. Perfect home for everyone. Clean and everything you could think of was provided. Kitchen was well stocked! Bring your bathing suit and relax!

Great house on Capistrano Beach
Family (Parents, 2 twenty-something kids and their significant others) had a fantastic week at this large, well-appointed and well maintained home on Beach Road. Perfect for a family or friend group of 6-10 with 2 ocean front bedrooms and a two part large bunk room that can sleep up to 6 more. Loads of towels, glasses, cutlery, dishes of all size to accommodate crowds. Only issue is that parking limited to two cars which made it difficult at times - but they may be do to COVID and so might end sometime in the future..

Memorial Day Weekend Getaway
The property is super unique and private - the views/access to the ocean are unmatched. Some of the home is in its original state (e.g. bathrooms), but the home is well maintained and was very clean. The train does run behind the house occasionally but we did not find it to be a big deal. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms are not complete rooms - the wall that separates them does not go all the way to the ceiling. This was slightly inconvenient as we had an infant in one of the rooms. Overall we had a wonderful time at this home and would stay again!

Big Deck Right on the Water on a Semi-Private Beach, Dana Point/San Juan Capo.
The house was very very good. beds were firm and plenty of towels, sheets, pillows, etc. and all in good condition. excellent big pile of beach towels. good furniture throughout the house. well stocked kitchen glasses, plates, silverware, utensils, etc. House is right on the water/beach - with a few steps down. great big deck with three different areas to gather/eat. a big U outdoor couch - great for a group huddle! Two umbrellas on the deck. Even some boogey-boards around the side where the outdoor shower is. We would go back to this property.

We really enjoyed spending a month here. The house is on the ocean so, it’s waves crashing, salt air all the time. Hard to beat the daily sunsets, dolphins, surfing and swimming from your back door. No a/c but, don’t need it at all. Seabreeze had the property set up perfectly for our arrival. The only thing I will ask for in the future is a little better communication with rental agency. I had to wait 2-3 days sometimes for email response or call but eventually they did answer and take care of what I asked. Great rental, great house and thank you.

Beautiful Beach Home
The property was great what was lacking was storage containers if we had leftovers and sharp knives . There should be a sign on the front door to not lock the bottom lock because one of our people did and thank God we had a backdoor that was unlocked and we caught it right away because it was 8:30PM and it sounded like it could be awhile before someone could get there.. I suggested that they put a key in a lockbox as well that would make sense,, The part that made us upset was not that we could only have two cars that's understandable but the fact that the pass should go with any car.. One car in one car out,. My daughter came to visit with my 3 week old grandchild and she has a special car seat that is really hard to undo that was custom made for their van so I took my car out so we can bring her's in and they said NO! I called the management company to see if they would add her and they said NO ! So since we were about 2 miles in and had all his stuff we had to put him in my car with no car seat !! That's ridiculous I even said can't we just drop him off and come right back out you can hold my daughters drivers licence. and again NO.. Everyone at the house was appalled by this and decided that this is not a place we would come again that has such unsafe ridgid rules. Loved the house but not all the rules that don't make sense..
