This home, in the exclusive gated community of Capistrano Beach Road - on what is affectionately called California’s Riviera - provides privacy & seclusion not commonly associated with beachfront property. It is just a short ride to great restaurants in Dana Point and San Clemente. It is 30 minutes from the airport and 2 minutes to the train station. Nearby fitness centers, grocery stores, swimming pools and golf courses make it easy to take exquisite care of yourselves during your vacation retreat. Learning experiences abound at nearby San Juan Capistrano Mission or Dana Point Harbor Ocean Institute. Proximity to famous theme parks such as Disneyland, Knottsberry Farms, SeaWorld & The San Diego Zoo make it easy to create a memorable day’s adventure.
While here, you can come to relax, play tennis, ride bicycles along the coastal bike path, walk the beach, gaze at brilliant starlit skies, or just sit on the deck, read a book, or watch pelicans, and dolphins play right in front of you from both the sand or your beautifully furnished redwood deck. Sip a cocktail on your private beach while watching the sunset over the ocean. Then enjoy a seaside barbecue after your day’s adventures. The well-appointed living room area has a large flat screen TV and lots of comfortable seating from which you can enjoy both the TV and the expansive view. A newly remodeled cook’s dream ocean view kitchen with a breakfast bar with high-top chairs next to the dining room makes it easy for everyone to eat together. The kitchen has all you need to satisfy your culinary desires. Since this area flows out to the outside deck with a glass enclosed eating area you can comfortably be together if some decide to eat inside and some outside.
Additional amenities include a washer & dryer, 2 private parking spots in the driveway, and WIFI and cable.

No smoking is allowed inside or outside - no exceptions.
Due to the moderate coastal climate, this house (like most in the area) does not have air conditioning.
This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with Vacasa Seasonals, Inc. We cannot guarantee the condition of the sand or the access point to the beach.
Beach Front properties face harsh conditions. As such, the beach area is subject to change due to tidal conditions.
This unit is managed by Vacasa Seasonals Inc. and may require a Security Deposit.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
