The restaurants should do better.
Our favorite spot is the jacuzzi. It could be kept cleaner. Food choices were too limited unless you were in the higher end restaurants which did not have an ocean view. Why aren’t they on the view side? That’s why you go to Laguna.

You can’t beat the views and amenities here. If you’re looking for quiet and relaxation this is not the place. Garden view rooms have the fire pits and also the multiple outdoor hosted events all week and weekend long. Constant set up outside your room blocking views and creating extra noise from sun up to sundown. Other room views are poolside, also quite noisy. I’d ask what corporate events and weddings will be outside your doorstep before booking. Rooms are getting tired, carpet is dirty, drapes are soiled bathrooms are water stained. Staff is EXCEPTIONAL! food choices are great.

Property is lovely, the food however was not what we expected- the best food was in the outdoor dining venue, The staff was not able to resolve an issue with the TV when we called it in three times. We had an another issue with the balcony door, the technician was helpful and was able to address the TV.
