This recently renovated beautiful 1 BR / 1 bath studio efficiency (with brand new kitchen, bathroom and furnishings) is the perfect place to stay if you are visiting your Centre student, attending a Centre sporting event, stopping on the Bourbon Trail at local Wilderness Trace Distillery, checking out historic Danville or Civil War battlefields, or touring the horse farms in nearby Lexington. Have a stress free and fun weekend in town by not having to deal with driving and parking. Just walk just 1 block and you will be at Dry Stack coffee cafe, Copper & Oak restaurant, Burkes Bakery, The Hub cafe, La Cosa Nostra restaurant, Bricks & Brews, Bluegrass Pizza, and Constitution Square (the birthplace of the State of Kentucky). Cute little place with lots of potential
My teenage son and I stayed there this weekend for a swim meet that was held at Centre College. We had some issues getting the check in info, but the host was very responsive and helpful. There were a couple of maintenance issues and a dirty floor, but they had a cleaning crew there in 5 minutes who took care of the issues. If life takes us back to Danville and we need a space for just two people, I would definitely look for this place again. We enjoyed our stay and it was so convenient to downtown Danville and Centre College. Thanks for a great weekend!
