Elegantly renovated and thoughtfully preserved, this spacious Victorian home offers you a unique stay experience in Danville! This gem has stood in the beautiful old town district for over a century, commemorating the rich history of Danville. Here you will find yourselves enjoying eachother's company around the table, cooking up a feast with a fully equipped modern kitchen, or relaxing on a hammock and enjoying the quiet sounds of nature on a large deck overlooking the garden.

This home is located in a peaceful neighborhood across Averett University, less than 5min drive to the Casino, and downtown area. Perfect for work trips or weekend getaways!

Guest access to this modern Victorian home includes:

Lovely Historic Home
We had a wonderful stay in this home in a quiet historic area of Danville. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bedrooms were large and the beds comfortable. We enjoyed our evenings hanging out and playing pool. The back porch looks out into a pretty backyard with a huge tree. It was nice to sit out on the front porch watching the dog walkers go by and listening to the birds singing. It was such a peaceful neighborhood. Danville itself is a great little town. Communication with the owner was great! We'd stay here again!

Recital weekend at Averrett University, house was only a 5 minute walk from the venue. House was as described, we had plenty of room for getting ready and the house was beautifully lit at night when we returned. Would recommend if needing something close to the University, however parking is very limited to 2 vehicles only!

Couldn't have been more pleasant!
I recently stayed at this home for 19 days and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The house was a beautifully renovated Victorian home but with all the modern conveniences. LOVED the kitchen! And the host couldn't have been more accommodating. TV's in every room, a pool table in the 'parlor', plenty of storage. Beautiful decks. Too bad the weather didn't cooperate for that! I would stay there again in a heartbeat. There weren't a lot of restaurants nearby which is surprising for a University area but Danville's not a big city. You won't have to travel far.

Wonderfully restored Victorian home
We had a very nice stay at the nicely restored Victorian home. We were a little hesitant about staying at this property since it was a new listing without a review. However, the owner has done a wonderful job at restoring this old Victorian home. We look forward to staying at this property again the next time we visit the Danville area. A great find!

Amazing stay in Danville
Everything was perfect. The house is beautiful and VERY clean and very well stocked. We were there during a tropical storm effects and spent more time in the house then we expected. The pool table was a very nice addition. If we are welcomed back we will defiantly stay again.

Deserves More Than 5 Stars!
This is a beautiful Victorian home in quiet, clean, safe neighborhood. The communication by the host from the time I booked to the time I checked out was outstanding. I stayed here with my family when we traveled to Danville for a family reunion and everyone was extremely impressed with this home. I hope this home is available every time I visit Danville. If you are looking for a clean, spacious home with lots of amenities look no further. This is it!
