staff was great, even though they were out of some complimentary like toothpaste or extra, they did go out of their way to try & find some for us, Ice machine on main floor was not working not sure about other floors, maybe some newer carpet & dining seating would help, I sat in a bench seat for breakfast & sunk down due to it being broke down, maybe go to queen beds & lower them some, if your short or got back/leg problems the beds do set up pretty high from ground, other than that we had a very quiet comfortable stay & staff was very helpful & polite.

Overall I'd give this property 4/5 stars. Removing a star because it definitely needs some updates, like fresh paint on the bathroom walls (there were patched spots that hadn't been painted over, and it just looks old) air grates were rusty and needed replacing, and the curtains looked super old. However, the bed was comfortable, the linens were cotton and were clean and comfortable, as were the pillows. The towels were clean. The TV in our room was nice and big which was great since we watched a couple of football games. We ate at the Mexican restaurant which really close. We were slightly inconvenienced by early checkin not being available. The hotel said they were full the night before...OK, understood. But when we arrived it sounded like there was only one (!) housekeeper responsible for cleaning all the rooms. That struck me as bizarre and it certainly inconvenienced us. Overall, we'd probably not stay here again. I'd rather pay a bit more for The Hampton Inn nearby to have updated accommodations and early checkin available.

1st room was a smoking room covered up with a scented spray. Asked to move to 2nd room which was easy to do. it had broken side table, no bedding for sofa bed (realized this at 11pm so didn’t call front desk/too tired), socks left from a previous guest and a microwave that didn’t work. TV was tricky to get to work so had front desk help but still not intuitive. Note—have stayed here previously with no issues.

The rooms were outdated and filthy. The bathrooms had mold all over the walls and ceilings, the beds had hairs and there were bugs present. The staff, however, was understanding and apologetic. Either way, do not recommend.

Staff was great and friendly beds were clean room needed better cleaning no elevator and the pool down was a major inconvenience traveling with 4 kids we came a day early just so they can swim and get that energy out. So having 4 kids between two rooms with no way to get out that energy put a major damper on the trip. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay

Only complaint was check in was 3 pm, and we had to sit in the Lobby with all our bags for an hour because our room was not cleaned.

1st the security device on door was missing , the smoke detector was missing ,missing cover on light fixture in bathroom , no bathroom fan , dirty substance on desktop, which I had to clean /scrape off with plastic spoon . Fridge was noisy , the whole room was shaking from what seemed to be washing machine down the hall ( off ballance) , no elevators !!!! Check in was a joke !! Took 10 minutes ( the woman didn’t know what she was doing apparently ! When the gentleman took over it was much better , not much better. For 108 dollars it was the WORST .. will be inquiring on a refund .

I am very disappointed that towels are old also not clean, they are dirty, and the carpet is not clean either. The walls had not been completely fixed. (Painted/drywall). The managers were not friendly. I will not come back to the Quality Inn again.
