Food bar was not stocked well. Room shabby but clean. Bedding and bed good but bathroom walls not in good shape, doors very squeaky. Found and killed two roaches in the bathroom.

There was a lot of noise during the night from the shared parking lot that connects to the hotel next door. Also, because the hvac unit in the wall did not have a continuous fan option, the noise was even more disturbing when the fan shut off, because there was nothing to drown out the noise.

There were cockroaches in the room. When told about it I was informed that I was lying but they could provide spray. I’m sorry but my daughter is pregnant and is not going to inhale that! The room was entered the next day by staff! Very angry!

This was one of those properties that leave you wondering how it was rated a 7.6 in Expedia. I wouldn’t give this place a 4. The bathroom was so gross that I didn’t bother showering. The smell made it hard to even sleep. Breakfast was pretty much nothing. I would not go there.

This hotel was a good stay. Our particular room has a noisy air conditioner, but it was tolerable. Everyone there was very exceptional. We spent a week there. We would be happy to stay there again.

It was a decent room for the price but the bathroom could use some simple upgrades such as new towels as some had holes worn through, and the shower curtain was grossly stained. There was also a dirty towel with toothpaste on it hanging as though it were clean. The room itself was clean and large. Bring your own pillows!

disappointed with staff not at desk. breakfast area had tv loud with CNN news. many of us find CNN to be nothing but a propaganda news channel. nobody at the desk to change the channel to anything but CNN.
