Although the property is run down the brilliant staff here keep a clean and shining castle. Well done to the staff. Typical best western hotel though. In urgent need of refurbishment. Spend money before it's too late .

Returned for 2nd year wedding anniversary, excellent suite room, excellent evening meal in restaurant, great bar service and choices of beverages. Good breakfast and options available. Relaxing environment with great grounds.

This hotel was a trip highlight. Stunning building, easy parking and delicious breakfast. Huge bathroom and possibly the cleanest we have ever seen in a hotel. Fresh air, friendly staff and we would love to have stayed longer. Special hour out to the stocks in the kids playground. Love it!
