Beautiful accommodation in the heart of the picturesque town of Dartmouth. Set back from the main streets but just a couple of minutes level walk to the riverfront and shops, bars and restaurants. High quality fixtures and fittings and all the amenities required for an enjoyable stay. Perfect for a year round getaway with nearby beaches and boat trips, or cosy up in front of the log burner after a crisp coastal walk in the autumn/winter.

The property is arranged with:

-An open plan living area with log burner, Smart TV and Sonos sound bar.
-Dining table and chairs, Juliet balcony
-Modern kitchen with Sage Nespresso coffee machine, Neff oven, induction hob and washing machine
-WC with large rainfall shower
-Bedroom with Simba double mattress and quality cotton bedding and built in wardrobe

Please note there is a short flight of stairs to the front door. coastal paths from the front door.

Parking: Parking Permit provided for Mayors Avenue Car Park a 5-7 minute walk away. The permit allows free 24 hour parking in the main car park.

There is space outside the property to pull up to check in and unload/load your baggage without disruption.

Free unrestricted on street parking is also available all year round along Victoria Road one street over and in the Market Square at the end of the street.

Excellent property, within easy walking distance of harbour. Lots of pubs, access to car and passenger ferries easily accessible. Would stay again, but not during Regatta week, although, that itself had plenty to offer in entertainment, food and drinks. not so great during this week. Parking

A pleasant compact apartment
The apartment is small and cosy but well designed, and ideal for a couple. It is spotlessly clean, with good facilities and a reasonably well equipped kitchen. We couldn't fault it, except to say that the foil is peeling off the kitchen and bathroom cabinets, taking the edge off an otherwise perfect property. If you are considering this apartment, you should be aware that the bedroom is very tight around a standard double bed, and care is needed when using the external stairs, which might be difficult if you have mobility issues. Overall, we were pleased with our choice. It's in a perfect location for walking around the delightful town of Dartmouth, and for exploring the wider area.

Lovely apartment
Thank you Alix. The apartment was perfectly located, exceptionally clean and ideal for a base in Dartmouth. From initial booking to our check out he process was very smooth. Communication was clear and responsive. I would definitely book again. This was much better value than a hotel, perfectly located near the market. A quiet street but everything in easy (level) reach. Would definitely recommend.

We had a lovely stay!
We loved our stay...Alix is a great host and very quick to respond, also very kindly allowed us to check in a little earlier. The Old Stables itself is well positioned; only minutes from the town but nicely tucked away...The kitchen and bathroom are lovely and spotlessly clean - bathroom has gorgeous rainfall shower :) bed was very comfortable...all much appreciated after a long day walking. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

Stylish flat in convenient position
We enjoyed our stay at the Old Stables. The apartment was well designed and stylishly decorated with all that we needed for our stay. It was in a quiet location only a short walk to the centre of town.
