Had a great stay here for four nights. Very helpful and friendly staff in all areas. Ample free parking which is enclosed and sheltered from the sun.Our rate included breakfast which essentially was a voucher for $22.00 per person to order from their menu. Restaurant staff were fantastic and very obliging for this picky eater. Evenings on the rooftop were great. Simply order a drink and help yourself to the complimentary buffet of hot and cold appetisers and enjoy the sunset over the harbour and the city lights. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to explore Darwin and the surrounding area.

Although on the fringe of the CBD, a $10 taxi ride took you, right to the centre of the CBD. The taxi service was excellent & our way of getting to restaurants and retail areas.We suggest that a small barrier be attached to the bathroom floor, on the door side of the outlet drain. A shower at an elevated pressure selection meant that water travelled further than intended.

Unfortunately, the room we were given was not well cleaned and I had to spot sweep, mop, wipe the counters, you name it. The kitchen had some utensils but really not equipped enough to do anything other than very light food prep. Overall the place is dated and not well maintained. The rooftop bar is nice but other than that, we weren’t impressed.

The Ramada Suites was clean & tidy & had easy access to the CBD & waterfront. The Staff were very friendly & breakfast at the 3rd floor restraunt was very enjoyable. As good as many places I have ever stayed.

This property is in a good location. The facilities make things easy considering the warm weather; cafe for breakfast and pool. The rooms are well appointed and the balcony gives for fresh air.

This is a great hotel in a handy location. The staff are fantastic, gorgeous pool, rooftop bar brilliant, room was spacious and clean. However... it's got to be the weirdest design of a room and not in a good way. To begin with, the bed was enclosed by 3 walls so we literally had to climb on the bed to get in it, and I lost count of the times I banged my elbow against the wall during the night. The bathroom was completely open, not even a screen between shower and toilet, but the floor isn't angled enough to allow fast drainage so the whole floor pooled with water from the shower, meaning if one of us wanted to use the loo we'd have to gingerly take careful steps over a wet floor just to ensure we didn't slip. A huge amount of cupboard space in the kitchen area, but none in the bathroom! And we shared an entrance foyer with another room who must have been cooking the whole time, some kind of asian or indian cuisine, it absolutely stunk out the foyer so we had to hold our noses coming and going every time (for a a whole week). Got a bit old. Perhaps the hotel need to monitor this, it was really awful.
