I was happy about the house location and everything I needed to stay for a week was set up in house

Not a good property to have in Hotels.com
I went that evening to stay at the Dan Sam House.There were nobody at the house.Owner is complaining that Hotels.com never informed her that the house was rented to me. She says it was Hotels.com's fault.So Hotels.com must refund the money or give me a free night to my account.
