The hotel was dated. Gave me more of a motel vibe than hotel. The place and room was dated. People had litter in front of their room.

Horrible experience, bathroom was in a terrible shape. Staff refused to move us to a different room. My kids cried all night when they had a very big tournament a day later. Room smelt very bad. We had to check out the next day and get another hotel at a higher price. The check in person didn't return my driver's licence and when we called to confirm, they said there was no DL left. When we went there in person, a very nice front desk person named Geovanni returned it. Both Geovanni and another front desk person felt very bad for us and requested the full refund especially when we were not given another room but apparantly the property manager didn't think we had had bad enough experience and decided to keep the money for the horrible night we stayed at the hotel. Shower was broken, shower handle fell in my hand when I tried to turn it on. Toilet was dirty, I had to clean it myself before we could use it. Bathroom was falling apart everywhere and the room carpet smelt so bad. Front desk person said the property is going through a renovation in two weeks which we could totally tell that it was desparately needed. The only thing we can't understand, why would you rent out your hotel if it is in such a bad shape. Moreover, the manager refused to refund for the one night we stayed at the hotel which was the worst experience of our hotel stays so far. Would never ever stay at this hotel even if they renovate it completely because of the inconsideration of the manager.

If you’re on a tight budget, this is a good place to stay, but please don’t have any high expectations. I wish the pictures were more accurate to the actual listing. Definitely look like they were filtered and only set up for picture purposes. The staff was very nice, I never seen the continental breakfast unless they put it away before 930. This definitely would be a low budget hotel but for the prices what you get. Did not see any crime or negative individuals in the area so that’s a plus. The depart is it’s located right next to the highway Access story of Bob Evans, Chick-fil-A and across the street you have Cracker Barrel

Not the worst place I have stayed, but close.
My trip was more business than pleasure, and I was looking for cost over comfort, and the price was good for the area. I will say, the staff was very nice. Everyone I interacted with was very nice. However, the room was very damp and smelled it. The entire place was damp, but my room especially. The toilet ran constantly (which I brought to their attention) but other than offering a different room, it wasn't addressed. When I say damp. After a couple of days in the room, my phone USB couldn't be used to charge and I had to use a blow dryer to dry it out after I returned home. FYI, the phone was never exposed to water or rain. Just the humidity in the room.

I was supposed to stay for 2 days but could barely do one. I have a slightly compromised immune system and was sick within an hour of staying in the room. The bathroom looked like it was mid-renovation, and there was hair in and around the bathtub. The sink in the bathroom dripped. Both the bathroom and the bedroom had obvious water damage repairs, however with how sick I became, I am not sure how thorough the repairs were. The room safe had no door on it, there were no spare pillows or blanket. The beds were comfortable, but there were only 2 small pillows per bed, which I thought was odd for King beds. That said, I did not try the continental breakfast as I was too sick to be around other guests, but the area I saw dedicated to it when I was checking out the next morning, was very small. I also did not see or try the pool for the same reasons. I ended up checking out after only the 1 night and driving home instead.

The paint on the doors is falling off. The bathroom looks very ugly. The bathtub is stained. The shower leaks. The carpet had a torn piece. The room smells bad. There are cockroaches. In the breakfast juice machine, where it says Apple, it comes out pure water, and the orange juice looks like colored water. Breakfast is removed at 9 am, not at 9.30 am as they say. On the other hand, the staff is very attentive.

Property is dated and reminds me of a old hospital. If the other nicer hotels in the area had not been booked up I would have stayed elsewhere. Half the doors to enrer were broken and not locked

One of the receptionists was rude, they had no bottle water, the room looked like it was straight out of a murder scene, I mean seriously, what was up with all the stains. They didn’t have the suite I booked and gave us a room that looked like it was fit for someone on skid row. The other “balconies” had nice chairs, but for my family of 6, we had one dirty white plastic chair. Good thing I only needed a spot for one night.
