We highly recommend staying here! The staff was incredibly helpful and our room was very comfortable. After flying for almost 15 hours and getting to the hotel around 8:30 am, we were able to use the restroom in the workout room to get a shower. That was huge! We left our luggage with the front desk and meandered around the harbor until our room was ready. The breakfast was lovely too. Great location also.

Easy check in and they were very helpful in consolidating the bill between the two rooms we secured. We had a very nice time. It is a hidden gem in the Sydney area. Will recommend to friends and family.

Unfortunately the hotel has a major issue with cleanliness during recent stays. Staff seem to “overlook” paper pieces and obvious dirt on the ground and just walk past it. The corridor carpets need urgent replacement on the top level at least. The room wasn’t clean, the windows which should offer great water views were so filthy with hand prints from previous guests and were obviously not cleaned for weeks! It’s really disappointing and given this is supposed to be a 5 star hotel demanding high prices and belonging to one of the largest international hotel chains this is not acceptable. Please address these issues urgently.

This was our second stay as we loved the first visit, but this time it was loud at night with local construction using jack hammers after 11pm. End rooms should not be used when evening jackhammers are being used. Left exhausted and frustrated as we needed rest for our long haul flight that evening. Not great. Next time we will ask for rooms not near construction Great staff and wonderful location to explore Sydney in the AM & PM.
