Gumtree Spring is a 5 bedroom mud brick home set on 5 acres of bush only three minutes from Daylesford. Close enough to enjoy the town but far enough away to relax in total peace and quiet. This architect-designed mud-brick master built home was crafted by skilled local tradesmen using recycled timber throughout.

A very large country ranch style home with 5 bedrooms, sleeps up to 18 people all under one roof!

Bedroom configuration is 1 x queen bed, 3 x double bed and a set of bunks, and 1 x two sets of bunks. The large spacious living/dining area has a large 18 seat dining table, double-sided wood fire, Smart TV - Netflix, a soundbar, a huge open entertainer kitchen and features windows to the surrounding bush. This truly is a place where you can gather the extended family and celebrate a special occasion, or simply spend some precious time with family and friends.

Seven-star energy rating and hydronic heating panels throughout means you're warm in winter and still cool in summer! Plenty of windows let in lots of light and great bush views from all rooms.

The large fully equipped games room has a table tennis | pool table, as well as another Smart TV - Netflix that is logged on for your convenience. Another entertainment area outside has a timber outdoor setting for 18 complete with all-weather cushions and a barbeque, all under a generous shade sail. This is also adjacent to a well maintained cleared area for the kids to run, play games or for you to really spread out. Gumtree Spring caters for every taste and age!
