Staff was amazing. They were friendly and helpful with any needs we had. Beds were very comfortable and room was very clean. Only complaint was the noise from other rooms. In our room we could hear TV next door. Other guest were not loud, there was just a lot of noise. I do believe the hotel was full that weekend. I would go again. Comfy beds make it great.

Very comfortable, clean and convenient! The staff was courteous and kept us supplied with fresh towels and took our trash out daily. Great service! The room was very comfortable. No complaints whatsoever!

Good for the price.
Overall it is what you pay for. The bed was comfortable and newer hotel. The room was clean but soap was left in the shower from a previous guest. Prompted a full deep look at the rest of the room and it must have been a housekeeper oversight. Train behind the hotel was loud and frequent. The continental breakfast consisted of apples, tiny muffins, white toast with butter and jelly, microwave oatmeal (which I couldn’t find) and juice. Extremely limited but their restaurant was well advertised in the room and front desk. The next time we will stay at the hotel in Spring City. We chose this for the price but I will spend the extra for a better breakfast, softer bed and less noise.

Had to access room from outside. Snow had not been cleared in lot and it made it difficult to get to the room. There was not a chair or desk in the room. Front desk person ( who was filling in) found us a chair. Snow had happened 2 days prior.

Well I couldn’t get home because of the snow. I stayed one night and was going to have to stay again tonight but a wrecker service got me home. I left around 2:00 and still had to pay for tonight. That’s not right.

I was only able to spend the one night but the staff I did meet were personable and helpful. I was checked in with no problems. The room was spacious enough. The bathroom was very clean. And I know some people worry about the sheets being clean…they were definitely clean and cleaned well. I had a king size bed (too big really, but it was just me) that was comfortable. The room was warm when I arrived, which I like, especially since it’s winter and during a cold spell. I was only here to visit my mom in the nursing home down the road, but if I have to go back (fingers-crossed she’ll be done with PT soon!) I will definitely be staying here.
