We walked in to a lobby filled with the not so pleasant aroma of pot. The clerk was very disconnected, although he was able to give my mom a disabled room but the tub entrance was too high for her to get into to have a shower.

Parking lot was small and not well marked. We had trouble finding the hotel using GPS. Employees were friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean but in need of some updates. Hallway smelled a bit like stale smoke

Not a bad place.
Customer service was standard. There isn’t elevators, so if you want to walk up stairs this place is for you. My room reeked of animal so bad that my eyes puffed up. If it wasn’t for the window opening I would’ve been in trouble. The hotel needs updated for sure. Parking was standard. The doors are not automatic so when using the carts to haul your luggage you will need two people. Breakfast could use more options, but it was hot. The hotel and hotels.com both charged my cards so I was double charged without answers.

Our room was flooded by a broken refrigerator. Went to front desk asked for first aid. They didn't have one at the front desk and had to search for band aids for us. No non dairy options at the continental breakfast and our ceilings in our room looked like they were going to fall in on ys from years of water damaged.

Quality over Quantity
It is a comfortable place to stay. It might not be the flashiest place, but it is quiet, and relaxed. The staff is competent and attentive. Breakfast was filling, hot, and enjoy. Would definitely recommend.

the room smelled musty and mildewy, and we had an 18-month-old baby with us. My son had to sleep on top of the covers as when he pulled the blankets back the sheets were stained. We had to check out 2 days early as the conditions were not satisfactory. we were afraid to touch anything. I would like some kind of compensation as in a refund for the two days we did not stay there. Thank you for your attention in this matter.

I’ve stayed there multiple times. Great price, clean, nice people. Breakfast was good and bed was comfortable. The fridge did not work, but that was the only downside.
