This remodeled brick home has 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths and a full kitchen with new stainless stove and dishwasher, granite countertops, coffee bar (including an espresso maker, Keurig, and drop coffee pot), washer, dryer, complete with high speed internet and a 55” smart TV and some other small updates added recently. There is a large fenced-in backyard complete with a small basketball court, with restaurants, coffee shops and shopping all within ten minutes, and less than 15 minutes from the Dayton airport and other local sites.
