Overpriced, outdated, very poor breakfast.
This property is old and outdated. The pictures must have been taken a long time ago, as they give a much better impression than reality. I had sugar ants in my room, and when I informed the hotel staff, they simply apologized. The complimentary breakfast was one of the worst I’ve experienced in a long time; both the quality and selection were lacking. This hotel is extremely overpriced, but if you have to stay in Edgewater, there aren’t many other options, which is likely why they can get away with charging so much.

My room had a major leak and the hotel knew about it before they assigned me room. The AC was also blowing less than cold air. A hot and wet room deserves a refund. Horrible experience.

Great sausage gravy and other items for breakfast. Everyone was friendly from the manager to the cleaning staff. Pool was very nice. Close to everything, shopping, dining, parks and beaches. I will definitely stay there again!
