We had to checkout our first night due to finding a very large amount of mold growing in our room. Our room was also damp as well as our sheets. The entire property looks like it has severe damage. Luckily the property gave us a full refund and the front desk staff was very helpful. I would never stay at this hotel again and do not recommend.

Sand all over room floor when i checked in. Loud noises throughout the property since 7:30 am Loud children running around and screaming . The fact that they make you pay an expensive fee for the room and the stay turns out to be inadequate. Very disappointing.

The property double parks and therefore, if you block someone in you have to leave your key at the desk in case they need to move your car to let the person out behind you. There is only one ice machine on the first floor and it didn't have any ice the whole time i was there. An nobody seemed to be able to assist or supplement me.

Enjoyable stay.
As Daytona continues it's out of control spiral in to the pits, this place stands out. Located right on the ocean in the center of town. Parking is tight, however they had plenty of attending employees to keep it under control. Clean lobby with professional and timely check in. The room was bigger then average and clean aswell. Bathroom worked fine, however small. If you're on the tubby side it'll be a tight fit. Pool and hot tub both were up and running. Easy beach access from the pool. For the hotel eaters, I did not notice a continental breakfast or hear it mentioned. Several restaurants are within a 10min walk. I would stay again.
