The staff was very nice and we really liked the unit we stayed in. The problem that gives it a 4 rating is that three of our seven days the elevator was not working. Being on the 6th floor made that somewhat challenging.

Didn’t expect to walk into what felt like a condo on the beach. We had so much fun it was so nice, easily slept 4 people if you brought an air mattress even more. Lovely balcony with view of the water, the pool was very nice and clean. Even better than we expected and such a short easy walk to Flagler Ave

This hotel was a disgrace. The room was livable at best. When I went to the front desk to tell Regina some of my issues, she looked at me like…you think I care…why? My wife and I dealt with it, because we had limited time to spend and limited money to spend. I will attach some photos of the room. We should get at least half our money back, but I will not hold my breath.

The main issue I had with this property is that housekeeping did an extremely poor job. From the toilet being absolutely disgusting to used bar soap in the shower, lack of towels, sand piles on the floor, soap and shampoo dispensers being completely empty, somebody really dropped the ball with this one. That being said, the place overall is actually very nice. Front desk was pleasant. I very rarely complain but there we're just too many problems here. When I went to check out in the morning, the elevator was also broken so I had to lug my suitcases down five floors. I'm sure they'll make improvements. They definitely need a housekeeping supervisor on staff though.

Staff was pleasant room was clean hotel look like it had gone through some possible storm damage. There was a musty smell in the hallways. Elevators were not working on our last day there we had to carry all her luggage down the steps.
