Wonderful view but the unit was extraordinarily basic, furnishing and fixtures were old and in poor shape. Had a ten digit random code to get in the unit every time you left the room.

There is accuracy in the listing. The amenities we wanted were included. But the room itself needs work. It’s outdated and has been used a lot. The pictures looked much nicer and newer. We were there for our anniversary. Fortunately the beach and pool was our focus.

It was good but very basic.
The comdo was clean. I wish they had stated there was not a stove. Kitchen items were very basic - there was not a chopping board or large bowl. This is a place to stay if you eat out all the time. The property need to put carpet down in the walk way, you could here everything that was going on out there, and it sounded like they were in the room with you.

Nice property. Impossible to get housekeeping if needed.
Overall not a bad experience. Had a few hiccups with the checking process and how to get the key to the building, but thankfully a worker at the property helped me out. A car parking permit was not left inside the room, so I had to procure one from the facility office. Very difficult to get, especially if you’re checking on later. It is really hard to get any kind of housekeeping service in order to get towels changed, or supplies restocked, etc. Very nice view and OK accommodations otherwise.

Arrived and loaded luggage cart into elevator. We were stuck for about 10 minutes. Could not go up and door was stuck closed. Tried to call for help on elevator emergency number. No luck. Called Vasca 800 number and they are in Oregon so had no idea what to do. Finally the elevator went up to our floor. As we left, the outside sliding doors to the lobby would not open by keypad, key or interior detection of guests. Also the pool was under repair and no notice was given before we made a reservation. Will never stay here again.

Great property. Clean room. A few hiccups.
Location is beautiful. The room was clean. A bit older building. I did not realize check in was at 4 and we had to be out by 10am; no exceptions. Even though we asked and I believe the room was ready earlier. Also, we were notified that the pool would be closed - but we did not expect to be woken up by jackhammers, literal jackhammers, each morning due to a pool refurbishment. Called to inquire about it - management and vacaasa never returned our call despite the promise to. I know some things may have been out of their control. Yet, it made for a less than peaceful stay. I wish we had received more info and had other options.

Checkin was at or after 4pm. We arrived at 5;22pm and room was still not cleaned. Floor had not been swept, nor was it done, until I cleaned it. Bedroom linens smelled of mildew, as well as the closet. I messaged the number we were given, and never got a reply. But the location was great! Need a BETTER cleaning crew!

The blinds to the balcony are missing a few slats which lets light in at 5:30am. A chair on the balcony was broken, the table on the balcony was rusted. The bed is very noisy, every move you make. I contacted the manager and was told a maintenance tech would come to address the issues. The tech never came to address the issues. The unit and the building were very clean. People we met at the pool told us how great their units were. I think we just got a bad unit.

Location Location Location
The location of this property was fantastic! We were able to walk to Crabbys and Landshark from the resort. Pool was well kept and warm! As far as the unit itself it is definitely lacking a lot of basic amenities that are usually found (I.e. no iron, etc.). Bed was not the greatest and the bathroom gets stuffy (no fan). But location definitely makes up for it!

Great Location
The location was great! Easy access to many attractions with ocean front and beach access. Customer support was helpful when we needed to check in after hours by couldn’t reach the property manager. Bed/Bed Frame could be better. Every movement led to loud squeaks, whether rolling over, sitting up or getting out of bed. Overall - a nice unit for our needs.

It’s about the view!!!
The view right on the ocean is amazing but we were a little spoiled by our previous five weeks in other condos. We were used to being able to fix simple meals but the microwave seemed to be our only working option and then no cooking dishes. The floor also needed a good cleaning. So , overall, if just there to be on the ocean and eat most meals elsewhere, the view was beautiful and a pretty good option for the price. Thank you!
