First stay here and absolutely love it. The bungalow is so private and quiet and each one has a view of the ocean. The girls in the office are so personable and friendly. I already told my husband we would be planning another trip here soon. Very nice relaxing get away.

The hotel is always very clean. The ladies at the check in can are always friendly. The only downside on this trip was the pool was closed!

Let me first start off by saying that I am a hotel snob. I tend to only stay at chain hotels. However, I was on a tight budget and the price was perfect and I wanted to be on the beach. I have to travel to the area a few times a year to be able to Visit my daughter in college. This is my new favorite place! Although dated on the outside, it is very clean. The staff is awesome and the views are great. It’s also relatively quiet and the pool in beach access areas are perfect. Don’t sleep on this one. You will definitely enjoy your stay! Hopefully you get Michelle as your housekeeper because she’s so sweet and very thorough.

We have stayed here before with an excellent experience. The room and grounds are kept very well. Love the easy access to the beach. The staff is always accommodating. This trip our room was extremely humid to the point our clothes, the bedding, the carpet was very damp and the tile floor was slippery. We are not complainers so didn't alert the staff until checkout. They were attentive to the issue and wished we had alerted them sooner so they could remedy the problem (i.e. faulty a/c or move us to another room). We will go back again.

Gem of a hotel

We were looking for a place to stay for 1 night after a cruise. We wanted to drive up the coast a bit before stopping and I found this hotel online. Based on reviews we booked and were so pleased with the accommodations. They let us check in 3 hours early which was so nice!! View of the ocean was awesome. Bed was comfortable, staff was so friendly, pool was great, I would definitely recommend

The view of the beach from most rooms is spectacular. The housekeepers are very friendly. We go often and staff at deskbare usually happy and friendly. This last visit there was a desk staff that are just rude and unfriendly.

Worthy of return!

I enjoyed my stay..solo trip. Checked in to find out pool closed…initially ticked..but honestly things happen. Room very roomy, clean and comfortable. Ocean views from every room ….although open patio style.. privacy outside your unit enough! Car free beach, nice for a change! No fancy frills for sure …. But quite a comfortable stay for the money … I would return! Cottages look adorable!

We came out for Labor Day weekend and what a great spot! Awesome property, great beach access, less crowded than other beaches but still close enough to shops and dining options. We will be back!!!
