Looking for a cozy retreat? This 1 bedroom 1 bath condominium has been newly updated to give you and your guests the private, beachfront refresh everyone needs! This unit is perfect for you and your significant other to enjoy some time together relaxing on your private balcony while staring at the beautiful blue, heated pool, all while enjoying the roaring waves of the ocean splashing in the near distance. Want to get away with some friends? Bring them along and utilize the queen-size hideaway bed found in the brand-new sectional couch. This cozy unit sleeps up to 4 and provides everything you need for some much-needed R&R. A fully equipped kitchen and dinette area makes eating in a breeze, while some fantastic restaurants are close by if you prefer to dine out. Need a break from the sun? Relax with a glass of wine on the brand-new sectional couch with built in chaise lounge while watching your favorite show on the 55” big screen TV.
Nothing has been left out when it comes to amenities: high-end appliances including full refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, an electric stove, and Keurig complete the fully equipped kitchen. The unit has new flooring throughout the main living space as well as in the master suite and master bath. The master includes a king bed and full bath complete with large walk-in shower. Enjoy plenty of closet space with 2 large sprawling closets with double sliding doors. Prefer drawers? We have plenty of drawer space also. Fall asleep to your favorite show on the 46in TV or open the window for some fresh ocean air and doze off to the sound of the waves.
The condominium complex offers laundry facilities, an extra wide dedicated parking space, and a beautiful pool that is heated year-round. A pool deck area is complete with lawn chairs and tables surrounding the beautiful pool offering 4 to 8ft in depth. Whether you like your toes in the water or in the sand, the beach is only a few short steps from the pool deck area. Come and enjoy the vacation you deserve.
The unit is owner managed and we have tried to go above and beyond in every amenity and detail. All décor has been updated to provide a modern yet beachy feel we all love. In addition to the details described above, we have also upgraded all the bedding, towels, and linens from the ones typically provided in rental units; we have added a keyless entry system which makes contactless check-in a breeze; and we have our own dedicated cleaning staff.
We strive to provide a safe and immaculately clean environment for all our guests. If anything is not as expected, we will provide personal contact information so that we can get back to you immediately to try and make your stay the best it possibly can be. Family visit

I live in this area. I had a lot of family staying at my house for the holiday and rented this apartment for my sister to have some respite from the chaos. It has a lovely view of the ocean and is well appointed with all a traveller's needs.

This beachfront condo building is 1970’s era layout. Small and dated bathroom. Thin walls, simple decor, and average window treatments. Kitchen was adequate. Manager was helpful in helping navigate the tv controls. Air conditioning did not cool properly. We would not stay here again.

Visiting nearby friends so in and out a lot. Convenient location. Host was proactive and helpful. Unit is plenty large for 2 people and has an ocean view. All furniture and appliances good - not modern but functional. Can definitely recommend.

The living room, dining area and bedroom were spacious. The bed and living room furniture was very comfortable. The bathroom is small - limited counter space - we were unable to unpack our toiletries which is the only reason we gave the property 4 stars. The kitchen is small but fine for 1 person. The pool was very nice and the location was perfect...right on the beach.

We were fortunate to have fantastic weather which makes a vacation, but our accommodations were great, very comfortable. Personally I always have trouble getting a good nights sleep in a strange bed, but the King bed was very comfortable which helped to make our stay even more enjoyable. We were about 2 miles away from the action so it was easy to get to grocery or restaurants because there is no substitute for staying directly on the beach, at times it felt like we were the only people on the beach, this made it very peaceful. We wouldn't hesitate to return. Laura was upfront with all communication, she clearly has a great recipe so this led to a worry free vacation. Thank and see you next time.

this was by far the best place in Ormond Beach that we have stayed at. loved the pool and the ease of access to the beach. the layout of the condos give a great view to the beach. nice laid back friendly atmosphere. will definitely come back in the future
