Don’t let the lobby fool you! This property is not one filthy, but the lack of skilled maintenance work oozes from every corner of this facility. Terrible paint jobs, awful patches in the mud work on the walls, mold on the ceiling, picture frame, and door jam. Area by the elevators full of mold and water damage. We had a balcony in our room that was COVERED in pigeon poop. Oh, let’s not forget the AC leaking all over the living room floor and balcony. I can not say enough bad things about this place

Nice Hotel
We enjoyed our stay. Hotel was clean, service was good. The 4 stars is because the bed was hard as a rock. Woke up with a stuff back. They also ran out of towels. Other than that everything was great. Really enjoyed that they have a restaurant and bar.

The idea is great! Ocean views. Pool by ocean. The staff is excellent. Couldn’t be better. The hotel is disgustingly dirty beyond words. Saw at least 6 roaches in bathroom. Beds are made rooms not cleaned. Just terrible. Halls old needs paint. Fans full of dust. White fans look black. Won’t be back.

Family overnight stay while in the area. First room was missing the tv. Second room smelled musty. Looks like they are going to remodel in Sept. Pool area was nice. Worst part was breakfast. Its not a normal holiday inn breakfast buffet but a sit down restaurant type breakfast. Had to wait 30 min to be seated with only 5 tables being used. Had to ask for a waitress after we got seated. Food wasn't really that good either. For the $25 we had in vochers it cost another $36 for a family of 5 with one kid eating free! Please make it a buffet for your hotel otherwise its not worth the cost.

The hotel has dated rooms, the first room that I checked into was dusty. After going to the Front Desk to ask for refresh cleaning they gladly moved me to another room. The next was cleaner, yet the shower did not drain well.

The ice maker was broken on our floor and had to take the elevator to another floor to get ice The carpet in our hallway was wet and had big blower in front of our door and kept us up most of the night.
