STAY AWAY!
This was a terrible stay. The hotel failed to inform or put some notice that they’re going under heavy renovations. The lady at the front desk erroneously charged me twice, there was no parking and the first room I was given, had a broken sofa bed. Not to mention, the very loud banging noise for the renovations. The crew working on the roof did not have any safety distance which or blockade which is an injury waiting to happen.

Entire property was torn apart under construction and roof was being torn off for replacement. Constant banging and pounding sounds so loud I could not hear the tv. Almost no available parking spaces due to them being blocked off for roof removal.

The Hotel was under construction. Parking was limited by all of the construction equipment. I had to park at the IHOP. Although I booked one room with 2 queen beds, they had to give me 2 rooms with king beds that were not comfortable. One of the A/C units was not working. A closet door was not working, and there was a dirty wash cloth in the shower.

A lot of construction! Entire hall, fitness and roof tore up. So dusty and noisy in the morning. Dust all over dining area. Room was a little run down. No shampoo in the dispenser. Toilet paper roll broke, shower shot water all over the bathroom. Bed is super comfortable! Huge room. I would stay again but would have liked to know about the construction.

The hotel should not even be offering rooms due to the level of construction that is taking place. If they are going to be offfering rooms they should be at half price. There were open ceiling panels in the hallway to the room with obvious water damage. The entire lobby was torn up. The pool and gym were both unavailable. There was hardly anyone at the desk most of the time to be able to help. Construction wasn’t supposed to start until 8:00AM, but it definitely started sooner. There was no fan in the bathroom but we could hear the music of the construction works coming through the vents where a fan should have been. There was no remote for the ceiling fan. The dresser in a “newly remodeled” room was obviously very old and the rollers barely worked. Very hard to open. Obviously the table in the room was from before the renovation. There were no blackout curtains, so lights were beaming into the 4th floor room the entire night. All in all the hotel is in a terrible state. The only silver lining was the initial hotel clerk, named Keisha who was doing her best to address any issues. Whoever is hotel manager is terrible. She was all alone the night of arrival and obviously stressed out, having to herself make a call to the next door iHop manager to try and find parking for guests that were arriving. The elevator and lobby to the hotel were a disaster, dusty, and dirty.

Great but under construction
The room was comfortable and mostly clean. The bed was comfortable enough and the pillows were great. The only reason why this time the stay was less than ideal was because they were remodeling and the morning of checkout, I felt rushed to leave because they were going to turn off the water in the building. Additionally during business hours if you need to sleep, you won't be able to, due to the construction. So just keep that in mind. I'd be happy to return once construction is done.

Found other occupant's hair in the shower. Was upset that the hotel had alot of dust from remodeling, which was not listed to help make a determination. Also, we were informed that Hilton no longer owned the hotel. It was difficult to find the entrance to the hotel due to the remodeling.

The hotel was under construction. I was not notified of this and the price did not reflect this. There was debris everywhere the hall was blocked the elevator unavailable because of the construction. The fitness center was also unavailable.
