Kitchen has a fridge, microware, keurig cofee maker, diswasher, garbage disposal,2 compartment sink, toaster oven, 2 set washer/dryer both upper level and basement. Outside have A Grill and table and chairs. All utilities included. Bedrooms: has a queen-sized bed with firm mattress, nightstand, and TV, Dining room: table 6 seats, ceiling light..2.5 Baths. A home away from home.
Peaceful and laid-back. Very specious with good walking room. No hottub; but overall, it was a beautiful relaxing and dog friendly getaway.

No communication
I called the rental owner multiple times and no answer. There was ice cream sandwiches from a previous rental in the freezer and gunk inside the sink. There was no code for the door so we had to leave the place unlocked when we left and there was no parking pass as mentioned.

Great place to stay
I stayed 4 nights at this property, first time in Florida, and I really enjoyed it. The house is located close to the beach, stores and restaurants within walking distance. The property has all you need to feel comfortable with in your vacation (wish the house can be biggerso I can bring my whole family for rhe great experience), very close to major amusement parks in Orlando, we drive to Universal Studios and was not bad. I'm thankful to the owner for been on top of our needs, no matter the time. I hope my family and I can stay again here.
