Was a haven during a hurricane. As many local buildings, the lobby flooded and staff worked hard to keep water to a minimum. Moring after there were routine breakfast items available which wasn't expected as roads were flooded too. Hard working staff during a difficult time for all. Many dogs as LaQuinta is known to allow pets, but not always welcomed by travelers that are allergic to pet hair.

Room was musty. There was mold and hair on the ceiling in the bathroom. Bathtub fixtures were falling off of the wall. The location is bad - highway on ramp right behind the property is very loud.

The hotel was right on the beach with limited view as noted when we selected this room. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is definitely dated in design but, everything worked well. Easy access to local attractions.

The check in was simple and staff was great. Room was disgusting. The bathtub was dirty. Roach crawling in shower and then another in the bed and crawled on me, staff offered to move me to another room but a roach problem wouldn’t be limited to one room. Next morning I was opening the curtains and found a small blob of blood, almost looked like a bloody booger on the curtain. I am embarrassed to say that I actually stayed but it was late and I did not have another place to go to.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! Very comfortable atmosphere. Although we hated that we could swim as much as we wanted. The pool was wayyyy too warm almost felt exactly like the sauna temperature.

No towel holders in the bathroom Looks like the room had not be used in a while. Very dusty, looks like they did a update with paint, and keep old dusty lighting and forgot to put back the towel racks. Just an unappealing room to stay in. Also the air conditioner keep me up all night.
