Disgusting/ Don’t Stay Here
We were greeted by men across the street, yelling and screaming at us, throwing stuff off the balcony and hitting people‘s vehicles. Different rooms down our entire hallway were nothing but people partying. You could hear them at the elevators.Once we got to our room, we turned on the lights and roaches just scattered and went into the walls. It was absolutely disgusting. We had to leave and get our money back and try to find another hotel which there was none in a 60 mile span and ended up having to drive all the way back home. I do not recommend you stay at this facility! Picture included is one of the roaches that we were able to catch and get a picture of.

I booked this hotel because of the location convenience for my trip. I was greeted by a very pleasant receptionist and given nice, clean, spacious room. I stayed only for 1 night but I did enjoy it. Good coffee in the lobby made my morning start so much better. I would stay again.

Unbelievably poor. When going to bed, discovered sheets had blood on them. I was not offered a different room but told they would bring me a change of sheets that I could switch out. I appreciate the offer to allow me to do the work. I need a second job.

The staff was excellent, kind, and understanding. This would be day six without power after hurricane Milton. My kids and I were at our wits end. We were low on money and this was affordable. I wasn't expecting a clean and welcoming environment. My husband called and spoke to Bridgette to make sure they had power before we made the reservation. She was very kind and helpful. When we got their in person Bridgette helped us get settled with genuine compassion. All of the staff was accommodating and always asked if we needed anything. Rima checked us out and was also very nice. I would stay at this hotel again in a heartbeat.
