The place is a studio with only one room, but it has potential. However, it should be given a little more maintenance. The bathroom light had to be constantly touched to turn on, and I am small, so it was difficult for me. The toilet had to be lowered twice, so I don't recommend anyone throw paper in the toilet. The incredible location, the fantastic pool, and the foot of the beach were great.

Property fine, our efficiency was horrible!!!!
The efficiency was not what I expected, the blind was falling down and mold all around the window, no extra linens for the futon, the room was dark, the bathroom was disgusting dark and the shower liner was like a plastic thin drop cloth, 2 wash clothes, nasty mat in the shower, no hand towels, the bed was like a brick, the main door almost feel off screws fell out, wrong directions on how to use the lock to enter the room, no grill utensils, no place to sit in the room, the description, I read was a beachfront property with a patio, it had a patio around the pool, the owners information about the room was very miss leading, holes in the walls where nails were, I stayed in VRBO times before and very pleased this time is was an embarrassment! There were so many things wrong with the room to list. I have to say the pool was nice, the property was outdated and needs a face lift, but that would have been fine had I not been so mislead with the owners description. We made the best of it. Oh yes and we had a portable air conditioner, I was told that when we arrived in Daytona on day of check in! 2 white bath towels, 1 old nasty beach towel and a black bath towel. A total disappointment, of the way it was described in the listing.

Host kick us out after the first night. Claming we has way more ppl then was told. [NO true) She texted on the phone untill the air went out and the that when she accused us of having too many ppl in the room. Sheets were dirt, ac went out, the bed was awful we went and got a air mattress to sleep on. Out dated. Refund to give us our money have and left us stranded 16hrs away from home.

Daytona Beach getaway
The property was clean and had very close access to the beach. It would appear that the facility is somewhat dated, and could use an overall facelift. The "one-key" system is antiquated & cumbersome if you have multiple people in your party. We enjoyed the pool, and beautiful views of the ocean.
