The staff was incredible, I liked that they were environmentally conscious, the pool was wonderful. The 4th floor was a little loud with the restaurant being on the roof, and there were a few technical issues that made the first night inconvenient, however I would recommend it if you’re looking for a bed that is comfortable.

It is a remodeled VERY old hotel. The staff and everyone working there were wonderful. The roof lounge area is being remodeled so there is some construction going on. The room was clean, although small. Anything we needed was provided for us. We enjoyed the pool, and it is surrounded by a privacy wall, so that was really nice. We were able to walk wherever we wanted to go. If you are a NASCAR fan, there is a lot of memorabilia to see. We enjoyed our stay there.

The room was average but clean. Could use an upgrade on furniture. Staff was super nice and i enjoyed the rooftop deck immensely. All in all, nice stay. Thank you.

2 night stay and needed 3 service calls to 2 bed 2 bath suite. Couldn’t use one of the bedrooms because the A/C was blowing warm air and it was too hot to sleep in. Would’ve called down to front desk but phone in room didn’t work. TV didn’t work until final evening. Room smelled TERRIBLE of mildew. Complained. They treated it with industrial strength neutralizer 2X. Ended up buying my own febreeze spray. Then the power went out in our rooms. The man at the desk did what he could to figure out the breaker system. Would’ve checked out early but all hotels were sold out due to race at Daytona Speedway. When asked if they would give me some credit for my troubles the Manager Ashley said she’d take about $50 off of my over $700 bill. She finally called me and was annoyed I would complain and write a bad review. That I should’ve contacted her first. I didn’t even know she existed. I asked for a manager and front desk said they were making notations of everything. Ok?? Who needs this on vacation?? Run, don’t walk to a different hotel. Vibe was WEIRD and their priority from what I felt was the rooftop nightclub not me. Such a shame. Thought it would be a cool, fun experience. One and done for us!

Close to lots of good restaurants, the boardwalk and right across from the beach. The gentleman who checked us in was very welcoming. Rooms could use some touch up painting but very clean and super comfortable beds.

The photos online are nothing like the property. The photos look amazing but when we got there the room was nasty. The carpet was horrible, stains all of the chairs, mold on the ceiling tiles, both TVs didnt work and the phone didnt work. I can say the service was good. The guya were really nice.

Loved it just needs a little extra love with clean
I definitely will stay again in future but I just hope they upgrade on some materialistic things such as new mini fridge (it smelled really rotten ) , new shower curtains (some parts had mold) , new blankets (mine had food stains on it) , new washcloth (some were brownish in middle & hairs stuck to the clean ones) , the room chair was very dirty & I just think the house cleaners need to dust a little more especially the higher walls . Overall I loved the food , customer service , how fast they brought me extra towels, the beds/ pillows were comfy , showers were clean , toilet was clean , there wasn’t sand , it was quiet during the nights , & my favorite part is how beautiful the inside of the hotel is !!!
