The place is filthy, smells like mold and Marijuana, and the appliances are all rusted. The deadbolt just spun around and the paint was coming off the tub. The pool area did look nice.

Positive sides : close to the beach, the pool was nice. Close to ice cream stores and mini-golf. The location is nice. Negative sides: the patio door did not close, the front door lock seemed untrustworthy, cigarette buts under my bed. We stayed 5 nights, and not once did the cleaning lady pass the broom (no broom was in the room for me to do it either). With the sand accumulating, the floor was filthy!

Owner was terrible, room was dingy n fridge did not work, Maurice n front clerks were good. Owner n property permits pets. They checked us in n then asked us to leave because they didn’t give a reason other than we had to leave because of our pets.

Very cheap place to stay. Very dirty, there are roaches, sandy floors and the rooms are not kept up very well. The kitchenette didn’t come with any items such as utensils, plates or cups, nothing to use for the stove or oven either.

Property was dirty inside and out. Staff unfriendly. Breakfast is small things wrapped like poptarts and muffins. Stayed here to enjoy the beach access in the AM. Toliet bowl quit flushing. Ran out of hot water. People talking all night on the balconies and cars in and out of the parking lot. Parking lot is tight and not big

I will be back in December if I can get cheap room
We had a wonderful time … it’s an older hotel so it needs some up keep, but for what I paid for it the place was well worth the stay , the stove eyes need to be replaced because one was broken and one of the small ones didn’t work at all but that didn’t stop us from cooking . It was clean and the pool was wonderful, location was amazing and the Staff was friendly and very helpful . Jason was working and I was struggling with trying to connect to the internet so he came down to my room and helped us out we couldn’t get my computer to ever connect so he went and called someone to try and get me some help since I was having to work a few hours a day on my computer. I appreciate him very much even though we couldn’t get it to work he went far and beyond. I went somewhere and got connected to work a few hours a day then came back to the room and enjoyed my family. I saw all the reviews and was totally prepared for whatever was to come as long as it didn’t have bugs and was clean the rust on the fridge wasn’t a problem it’s the outside and didn’t hurt anything on the inside. a little paint chipping no harm to us . The bathroom was clean and air worked great . I’m very blessed for this place because me being a single woman on disability raising a 10 year old grandson who needs and deserves a vacation after working so hard at school all year. He loves the Beach and I was so excited that we could stay on the beach . They also let me be on the bottom floor which also was a blessing.

Love this place
I absolutely love this place. It is cute and old style, there was kitchen bathroom 2 beds a chair tv. Slide door for the patio and easy access to the parking lot and Ed getting else. The actual front door was accessed by way of the garden scape with easy access to the pool, the built in large community grill tables and games. The only disappointment I had was the very first impression, the table was sticky and the floor was dirty but not by appearance, it looked clean. I do feel that they should vacuum the sliding rails on the sliding door though it was filled with sand when we got there and I swept it out to use the door easier. After that sale on the beach you just expect so that was on us. I was under the impression I’d have a couch in my room which I did not but oh well… honestly though I just love that place and hope to go stay there again.

The 1st room had roaches everywhere than 2nd room woke up to ceiling leaking on my head this went on 4 3 hours they gave us late check out and than no one in office to check out horrible
