This condo has 3005 square feet of living space and another 700 square feet of balcony space. This unit has water views from each bedroom and has 2 balconies. One directly on the ocean and the other facing the intracoastal for great sunsets. This unit is in the gorgeous Ocean Vistas Condominium. This unit is the largest unit in the top luxury Condo building in Daytona Beach shores.

This is a large 3005 sq. ft 3 BR/3.5 BA unit with direct oceanfront views from the Family room, the Dining room, the Kitchen and the Master Bedroom. You can see the ocean while laying in bed! The other 2 bedrooms have views of the intracoastal waterway and also partial ocean views.

Sliders from the Master BR and the Family Room lead to a large Balcony right on the ocean. Enjoy your meals on the Patio with the built-in grill.

The back balcony has sweeping views of the intracoastal and is great for viewing the fantastic sunsets.

Awesome place!!
It was everything it said it was!! It was right on the beach, the condo we stayed in was perfect for 8 of us!! It was my son’s senior trip, a little late taking it but that was fine. We had to change reservations from May to September because of him being in recruit class and they were perfect with us. Let me change the weeks and did not charge anything extra we also called to see if we could check in at noon instead of four and they let us and didn’t charge us a dime we will be back

Perfect Place
Our family loved everything about this condo. Spacious, fully furnished, great views from every room, great location, and easy access to the garage. The elevator was next to this room which made it so easy to get to and from the beach and pool. We are already talking about going back next summer in this same beautiful condo.

What an amazing condo
Nothing but top notch service from the check in to check out. We received a tour of the condo upon arrival and took us directly to the condo for the week. The condo is beautiful and views from all around. The kitchen has everything we needed and stores and restaurants were all so close. We had a great time and would be back again.

Great Stay
The place was big and spacious. Loved the big kitchen and common area. The deck was awesome - saw a cool lightening storm from there, and the view was beautiful. We loved the heated pool and hot tub, the beach chairs and toys. The beds need updating, but overall it was such a great week for our family!

A great week at the beach
We were visiting for a music festival and therefore didn't spend as much time onsite as we generally would have but when there it was absolutely lovely. The condo was spacious, clean and well appointed. Perhaps even nicer than the condo was the check-in. While I generally prefer simply receiving the key pad code, the attention paid by Melissa and others to help get us oriented and settled was very much appreciated. The only consideration would be for families with small children that wish to be on the beach during high tide. Given that cars are allowed in that section, it just necessitates additional mindfulness.

The view left us speechless!
We absolutely loved our stay at this property. The view left us speechless, the pool was perfect for the cooler days, the layout of the condo is perfect for multiple families. We went with my sister/brother in law, their 3 kids and then my husband, myself and our 3 kids. The 3 bedrooms worked out well for all of us. The kitchen has everything, washer and dryer in unit was so great. Being able to park in the parking garage with 2 vehicles was very convenient. Security and safety was also top notch. We were all so sad to leave. If we venture back to the Daytona Beach Shores area, we will definitely stay at this property!

We have stayed in a lot of condos and this one was hands down the best condo we have ever stayed in! The owners have thought of everything, there is everything you could ever need! The condo was equipped with everything we needed. The plus was having the beach chairs and the boogie board for the ocean. Great views and it was nice having the traffic light to go out on the highway. Easy check in and out. Would differently rent again!

Great place for our big family.
Place was wonderful! Plenty of space for our family of 8 people. The property manager was super helpful when we reached out to her. The views and both balconies were beautiful. Great condo and host
Excellent facility. Clean and spacious condo. Everything is well stocked. Grounds are clean and well maintained. Nice pool and hot tub. The beach is great for all, particularly if you have kids. Excellent location. We had an event at the speedway and it couldn’t have been more convenient. Now on to the most impressive. Our host Kaylee. This host goes above and beyond to assure a good stay. She’s very knowledgeable about the facility and the area. We arrived at 3am, and she was there waiting with a smile. Then gave us a the grand tour and recommend options that we asked about, and nailed everything that was suggested. Honestly couldn’t say enough good things about this host and the stay overall. I’d seek out this host and facility for future stays.

Beautiful condo large good view. Backed to SAtlantic Ave is very loud. Only down fall. I would request if they have a full front ocean condo. But none the less a very lovely condo. Easily accommodated the four of us.

All I can say is WOW! This beautiful home has all the bells and whistles and is located steps from the beach. The kitchen is fully stocked and the amenities are first class. The condo was beyond our expectations -- very clean, up to date, beautiful views, very roomy. It was an easy location to get in and out of. Loved the level of security. The whole building was so nice and well maintained. We were a little worried after the hurricane that hit this fall, but you couldn't even tell. Management was quick to respond to questions. We would love to go here again.

Great Week!
Everything was perfect! The whole process was great, we had to change dates on front end and back end and the owner easily accommodated. Kaylee and Peggy called us before checking in and were very friendly. Kaylee checked us in and gave us a tour of the condo. The workout room had everything you need, there is a nice fire pit by the pool and community room with pool table. The condo had a nice layout with rooms on each end and a large kitchen and living room. It was very well appointed and a nice corner unit with plenty of room for a family or multiple couples. It was one of the very few not affected by the hurricanes. We highly recommend this condo and particular unit.
